Eric Lofholm and Arvee Robinson Continue to Rock
Eric Lofholm and Arvee Robinson continue to provide value in day 2 of seminar.
Eric Lofholm demonstrates the value of scripting presentations, whether this involves selling coaching, marketing, or (even legal) services.
Some people think scripting is manipulative, but this is just a resistance to sales itself, Eric explains, which can be overcome by understanding the proper uses of influence and persuasion.
The day started with a group exercise in which participants presented a script they had memorized for a free coaching consultation. The exercise showed how simply memorizing a sales script can then create the freedom for authentic self-expression by connecting with the audience. Something static and scripted, in other words, can lead to real expression.
Arvee Robinson drilled down into the details of creating your own speaking platform.
